Are there mini-filters or small heaters that can be used for a one-gallon tank at Petco (or Pets and More)? I need a filter & possibly a heater for my betta's tank. At Petco Yes, they have minature filters shaped like a power filter, works like a power filter, is a power filter. These work up to 3 gallonss I believe.
For the heater, hmm let me check
I don't know about the heater.. do you have a lamp above it? do you have a thermometer? I believe that with the filter, the water is circulated, so I think it will be better.

My Petco doesn't sell heaters, but you might try Lowe's. You might could just get a heating lamp???
