Teacup, need to locate name of manufacturer. It is white flat bottom w/ pink ring & black XOXO pattern on rim

This teacup is part of a 6 placesetting. It says METRO on back with mfg mark and made in China stamp on it. The movers broke this cup and I cannot find a match online without more info. Hoping someone will know how to locate manufacturer by pattern.

The only thing I can suggest, is taking it to a large private shop that specializes in fine China. The may be able to help you.
