Whenever you start getting hair, and it starts making you feel uncomfortable and feel the need to shave.
I, myself, started shaving in 8th grade, because I was developing a slight mustache, and I didn't like it.

harmone change start from the age of 10 to 15 n onwards.after that when u feel that u have a jungle of hairs on ur face n can not go with it.that is the right age.

Oh goodness, that changed into large embarrassing for me too! sure actually shave! it really is awkward to flow on your mom and ask for a razor, yet understand that she went through an identical element! only ask your mom and also you'd be shaving immediately =)
