Unless you have a really good reason, a judge will not grant an emancipation to a minor.

Whats wrong with your parents?Every family is disfuntional sometimes.Think about what is making you want to ' divorce' your parents.Go to a counsler that may help.

I live in Florida but I have nevr heard this ? being ask
if you live in WPB go to the court house downtown and ask

That's called emancipation. And you have to prove your case in front of a judge.

YOU MUST PROVE THAT YOU ARE SELF-SUFFICIENT AND THAN YOU CAN GET EMANCIPATED. IF THESE WORDS ARE TO BIG FOR YOU MAYBE YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT BEING ON YOUR OWN.
