I recognize Eucerin. It is a thick thick cream that helps dry hand, feet. It really works well too.Try an online translator.

Eucerin is for dry, cracked, chapped skin. It can be used daily for those type of problems. Do not apply on open areas, wounds etc. It improves dryness and makes skin softer. It's safe to use on most body parts. avoid eyes, mouth, do not use internally.

Should be a face lotion. Unreine Haut means skin with pimples and/or blackhead - and Abdeckcreme just means its a lotion that covers.
