My 1976 Sportster has a bendix carb.-I need a diagram of the inside parts for rebuilding reference--anyone have suggestions?

this is not the original carb.-it was replaced it is made by Zenith but everything I have found is a site to BUY a repair manual--I just want a diagram of this one part.

Here's an exploded view of a Harley Davidson Bendix carb. It looks simple enough. Hope it helps.

One will be enclosed in your rebuild kit. Also it will be in your 1976 Sportster repair manual. But these carbs are simple enough to rebuild without a manual.

In response to Additional Details: You'll still need to buy a manual, no one sells the individual pages. Or buy a rebuild kit for the enclosed diagrams. Maybe you can call your library and see if they can locate a manual.

the kits containing the parts for the rebuild (gaskets etc) usually include a diagram

I haven't found one here, after a brief Internet search. Try the planet next door and see if you can get lucky.
