Yeah I think so. My friend is married to her husband for 4yrs now and she and her friend thought it would be cool to set up a "myspace" account with the both of them. Nothing bad or nasty just to set it up. Well my friend ended up finding her husband with his own "space" with pictures of a bunch of girls all over him at bars and stuff. And he was the husband everyone said, "Wow, he such a great guy" "he doesn't even look at other women when hes with ****" you know? well they are still married but they had to do some serious talking after that shocker.

Myspace was developed for sexual predators and to provide Internet anonymity for those seeking discreet encounters.
It has in time turned more towards kids / college age people looking for members of the opposite sex. In the last 2 weeks I have gotten probably 8-10 requests from people to be added to my friends list and all were from chics 18-26. I have a pic of my son and I on the front page and even list that Im married so why would they all want to talk to me?
I would probably say the average user breakdown looks like this:
30% Sexual predators either new ones or convicted.
10% People actually just there for fun and friends
60% People there to meet other people romantically

People will cheat when they choose to. No one cheats because they are forced to.
They will use Myspace, they will use personals, and they'll use instant messengers. If you suspect things aren't going well in your relationship, then it's time for you and your mate to have a serious conversation.

YES!!! My friends and I were just talking about that yesterday. One of my friends "Ex" thought he was cheating on her because she looked at his myspace page. He swore up and down it was not true. I told him to do what I did right after I got married and just delete the account then there will be no excuse or question about cheating...

I don't think so. I believe cheaters will cheat no matter what and faithfull lovers will remain faithfull no matter what. So i don't think it's a breeding ground for cheaters, i just think it makes cheating a little easier for the cheaters.

Only if you want it to be.
Everyone's so worked up.
Pedophiles on there.
People cheating on there.
It is what you make it to be.
Me? I'm a married, working professional, and I've used it to reconnect with friends from high school and college, and nothing more.
I'm sick of people blaming myspace for their problems, cheating husbands, or high school girls running off with men.
People are going to cheat whether or not there's myspace.

Only if you choose for it to be. I only use it for friends and family members. If I don't know the person I don't add them or talk to them. But if it's different if you go on there knowing you want to find someone to talk to and you are dating someone.
