You need to go to social security office with your marriage certificate, birth certificate and old soc. card. they will issue an new one. then go to DMV and give them the same info and you can change name there on your id, then you go to your county court house and see about having papers filed for your marriage certificate when it was done in Vegas. That's what we did. Vegas wedding here too.

you go to SS office with your marriag certificate to do a name change or add his last name
you go DMV dept to change your name on driver license
once you go to those 2 places everyelse will automatically follow
because with the DL you can go to your bank to change your name

TAKE ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO SS OFFICE, DMV,ANY OTHER PLACE YOU NEED TO CHANGE IT AND HAVE IT CHANGED.
