Well it depends on why you are leaving... I left my job because of better oppurtunities arising and I was looking to move up and accept more challenges.

Answer the question with confidence. Do not give a selfish answer. Frame the answer in a broader way. Do not point out short comings of the company.
You should give two or three reasons for leaving.
Lack of challenge, focus on the limitations etc. Point out your ambition to prove your worth confidently.

I found myself bored with the work and looking for more challenges. I am an excellent employee and I didn't want my unhappiness to have any impact on the job I was doing for my employer.

Just don't say thay you got borred or that you thought that that company can no longer satisfy your career needs because the new employer might think that you could get in the same mood in his company.

Say something like "I just saw your ad for the job I applied for and I thought that it is going to be a better use of my skills and experience."

This is quite a tricky question. Obviously, no one would be thinking about leaving a job that they are contented and comfortable with. However, you can always say you would want to pursue for more responsibility, more opportunities, the chance to develop new skills and hone the ones that you have.

You should give an answer like, "I don't feel like I am being challenged enough" or "I'm looking for new and diverse opportunities". It never looks good to say bad things about previous employers. It makes you look petty.

That you are looking for better upward mobility...and that you just didn't feel like you were achieving it in the current company.
