Folder/File Security Program?

Hello

I’m Looking For A Program The Will Let Me Lock Up Files, Folders, Pictures Almost Anything. I Downloaded Folder Lock XP, & Folder Guard But The Both Didn’t Have What I Was Looking For.
What I’m Looking For Is A Program That When I Open The File It Pops Up With A Password Box That I Have To Put In A Password To Open It.

Examples:
1. I Want To Open A Picture That I Put A Password On. Instead Of It Opening In The Photo Program it Would Pop Up With The Password Box, Then After I Put The Pass Word In It Would Open It The Photo Program.

2. Lets Says I Put A Password On My Documents Folder. When I Open Up My Documents It Would Pop Up With The Password Box, Then After I Put The Pass Word In It Would Open My Documents.

Folder Lock Xp Would Just Hide What Ever Was In The File No Password. I Would Have To Open Folder Lock XP Then Go Take It Out Of Hiding.

Folder Guard Would Just Give Access Denied Then I Would Have Into Folder Guard Then Take It Out So I Can Get Access.

It's simple, go to a shareware program, and search for a file/folder hider... They're readily available on the NET and come in very handy. Easy File/Folder Protector is one I use. This program actually gives you the option of hiding or pass protecting the file or whole folder as well.
I can even give it to ya if you like. File transfer on Messenger would allow for it!

simply Encrypt tht folder............

XP has tht facility for you...just make right click on folder and you wld have

1.properties

2. genral

3.adavnced

4.encrypt

and key for your encryption is ur user name and passward

only get decrypted if provided your are on same username and passward.

i had used a software name
Floder Lock.. search for tht softawre on download.com/ or google

and also try

filemonkey locker.

there's another way..you can lock tht folder or file wid help of Ms Dos

type ren
name and path of floder tht you want to
now a paswd digit like 4 digit

and ya'r all done,every time wld try to open tht file tht console window wld come to you and ask for paswd.
