A leader makes decision based on the best information he has available to him/her. Good information leads to good decisions; bad information leads to bad decisions. When you have a leader who wants to hear select input and turns away all other you will get bad decisions. Bush only wants those around that will say what he wants to hear! He ignores input that does not support his agenda. He ignored world leaders when most of them told him he was wrong, he ignored his intelligence people when they provided him information, he listened to his war making Vice President and Secretary Rummy – they all wanted a war and he took us there. He now likes to blame our war problems on people who are ready to say what they think (right or wrong); we would not be in this war and be losing good men and women if he had not taken us there! He could not be a diplomat so the next thing is to be Chief-of-Staff. I have trouble believing anything the Bush Bunch tries to push down our throats. He seems to think we are all imbeciles and are ready to listen to him - I do not believe he won fairly before but it makes no difference - he got the job anyway.

These are Republican ralles & the Republicans have the right to refuse admittance to anyone they like. The Democrats have the same rights, with their rallies.
The one issue I have - does the presidet have to pay for use of Air Force 1 and secret service etc. when he is doing non-president activities, such as fund raising for the Republcain party ? If not, why not - why should the party foot the bill ?
I've seen him com in to Phoenix & there are quite literally hundreds of uniform cops spending their time, protecting him, closing roads, diverting traffic etc. As a tax payer, why should I pay for that, if the president isn't on presidential business ?

because many of the members of the media are loyal to "un-american" causes at worst and at best, just don't like the man. If you were giving a speech, would you want to make sure the front row was full of hecklers?
Part two - Bush has no clue as to the strength or weakness of his party - it's not really a concern since he leaves office in 27 months.

He's tired of the bullshit questions and the security risk the media always takes just to make the news. Remember what the New York Times did? Perfect example. They are willing to kill innocent lives just to sell a story. Some things need to be private and if it means saving lives of soldiers and people, then I don't want to know.

He wasn't democratically elected! He was appointed by the US Supreme Court! No one can bet on their votes being counted as long as getting their man into office is more important than having an honest election.
