Updating My CV?

Is there any websites you can recommend that will give me some ideas on what to put on my CV. I just struggle with the wording sometimes!!

there are many sample resumes on the internet. I recommend you just do a yahoo or google search on "sample resumes" and include your industry or specialization (such as administration, or banking, or whatever it happens to be).

You can also look up similar jobs on hotjobs.com or monster.com and see what the job descriptions are for your field so you can get examples of what actual companies are looking for when they are soliciting candidates.
