I'm not sure what you mean by double triangle. Israel's flag has two equilateral triangles one superimposed over the other upside down, to form the Star of David.
Guiana has one equilateral triangle imposed over an acute triangle.
Nepal's flag is actually shaped like two triangles sitting atop one another, rather than the regular rectangular shape.
Papa New Guinea features a rectangle divided diagonally, making two triangles.
Saint Lucia's is similar to Guiana's.
