Is the apprentice a really serious job interveiw or a group of contestants competing with one another?It looks like entertainment to me.

I think it's both, but just like in everyday life in an interview you are fighting for the top spot against other applicants just without the cameras...lol

I think it started out as both, but has turned into entertainment. I mean, really, why would the woman (forgot her name) who was worth several million dollars really want a job that paid $200,000 or $250,000 a year. These people just want to make a name for themselves and Trump wants to get his mug on TV.

I think it's more of the latter because they are fighting to get the top position.

I know of companies that have hired people who were on that show --so there's that. . .
