Being an indian I do know that my govt is corrupt because it allowed Quattrochi to get Bofors scam money,it is soft on terrorism even after mass-killing by terrorists,it tries to divide our country by caste and reservation politics,but what could I do? The vote of educated people does not change a govt.People cast their vote more on caste and religion basis not on the basis of developement.

you will not find a single honest representative of the people in the parliament or legislatures.
Even when people don't vote for a person he becomes your home minister. So patiently wait for a calamity that will change the
government
