Mostlikely not, that would like saying to a convicted felon, "Well you are a felon here, but not in Florida. Good luck to you!"

No.
I had my license suspended from a ticket for expired tag. I paid the ticket but didn't go to court and show that I had a current tag, my license got suspended. I didn't know of the suspension and got my license renewed in another state. That state sent me a notice in the mail shortly after saying I needed to turn in my drivers license, and a few other not so pretty things, and resolve my suspension in the other state.

Hope this helps.

I have a friend who pulled it off. The only thing...he had to take the driving portion of the test again because he could not tell them he was licensed in another state previously. It probably depends on the state though.

Seems like it would be easier to just get the license back in the original state though.

No. As a matter of fact, that is one of the first questions you're asked "whether or not your license is revoked in another state". Better off just waiting until he can legally get it back.

there is a clause in one of the amendments that states shall give citizens the same rights as its sister states and also enforce all laws and provisions in the same manner... wat does this mean... he probably wont be able to get the license in the other state...
