Does anyone have any tips on what I could have my fiance do to increase his sperm count maybe??

Well he does all those things.. he don't drink , don't smoke, wears baggy clothes... I am not positive if he has a problem with his fertility but i just wanted to see if I could up the chances a little bit ya know?!

Smoking is a big thing. Stop drinking alcohol and stop smoking. Wear boxers.

There is a book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, it has a lot of great informantion on men with low sperm count. It has a lot of valuable information on anything you may have questions on fertility!

Abstinance, that is if you are trying to get pregnant then you have to practice reduce the times you make love if he has a low sperm count. Are you sure about this, did he get checked.

Tell him to eat a balanced meal and exercise regularly. Meanwhile you can take 400mcg of Folic Acid (vitamin supplement from grocery store) a day and this will increase your chances of conceiving.

cut down on alcohol, wear loose fitting underwear, I think alcohol is the main one though.

yes don't feed him fish a lot of peole have been doing that and i miss my friends, a lot.
