because they think that once you have the diamonds you're theirs for life and they don't feel the need to be romantic anymore. it sucks
girls always ALWAYS need to be romanced

Switching to opening your beer with your wedding ring is alot easier than doing it with a lighter.

What do you mean by "switch off?"
A man who loves you should respect you and treat you the same after the wedding.

Not all guys are like that, you have to work at it and make sure you keep each other switched on, its up to both of you to do that.

um, not quite sure what ur askin'. if u mean y do they change once ur married then my answer would be because marriage is a big deal and it does change you. i don't think that all guys just go into autopilot once ur married, but u will find a new sense of comfort. this is usually true for both people though.

well because they subconsciously thing all the hard work is done they've won the prize. You job now is to let him know in a non confrontational way that marriage doesn't mean the end of romance.

If he's switched off, you married the wrong guy. Try to re-train him, or send him on his bike.

They dont, if they are truly inlove with you. If you are merely a adjunct to getting where they want to be...married/settled/comfortzone.....its a huge statement.
Switching off emotionally is because their hearts and minds are telling them something they dont care or want to know because it doesnt suit their purposes.

I know what you mean, they think they have got you and they are safe, but you think there is something better out there and you start to look for someone else to fill the gap

let's be honest, we change too. It's no good supporting your man in his pursuits before you get married then ditching that when you get hitched. We all need things from our partners, when we know what they are, and put their needs before our own, then we have a marriage that works
