Hi this boy I like a lot Jamie exercises most afternoons in the park on an obstacle course where you run around and go on these monkey bars etc as you go around. I used to go and just run than after sit and read or work on my homework but now he's been helping me do pull ups and other exercises that build muscles. I don't want to look mannish so should I avoid these exercises.

Hi Becky. Don't worry. I don't think you will develop any big muscles doing this. And even if you did notice some area you didn't like you could just stop or cut back long before you got "mannish". And remember too that girls look good when we are in shape. I am an athletic girl and I am proud to be in shape. So enjoy it. I bet you will look really great!

1st it takes a lot of discipline, correct diet and weight lifting to build muscles. What you are doing will tone you up and help you build a little strength. So time, effort and money is what it takes for a woman to look "mannish" as you would call it. Unless you have super great genetics, I doubt a full pull ups is going to do it.

Muscle tissues do not imply much if you don't know the best way to use them. Even then, the "biggest" or "most reduce" man is not always the strongest or toughest. Go out for wrestling at institution, or soak up martial arts. The learning will make you enhanced, and you'll be able to have the skill to do whatever with the force.

You would have to do these exercises far more than what your're doing now to look "mannish". Guys develop muscles by doing this, women just tone jiggly stuff.

NOPE...WHEN YOU DO THiNGS TO BUilD UP MUSClES THEY JUST KEEP YOU TONE AND MAKE YOU STRONGER SiNCE WOMEN HAVE THiS CERTAiN HORMONE (i THiNK iTS ESTROGEN BUT iM NOT EXACTlY SURE ABOUT THAT) THAT PREVENTS BUlKiNG UP AND lOOKiNG "MANNiSH". THE WOMEN BODY BUilDERS HAVE TO TAKE STEROiDS OR SUCH TO PREVENT THESE HORMONES FROM ONlY AllOWiNG YOU TO TONE UP. i WORK OUT All THE TiME liFTiNG WEiGHTS AND SUCH AND MY MUSClES HAVEN'T BUlKED UP BUT THERE'S NO FlAB. iT KEEPS YOUR BODY lOOKiNG AMAZiNG!

No. If you have a femine shape to you already this bit won't make you look manish.
