20 and18
working out
n(n+2)=360
n^2+2n-360=0
n^2+20-18-360=0
n(n+20)-18(n+20)=0
(n+20)(n-18)=0
n=-20 or +18
so the nos are 20 and 18 or -18 and -20

let

x = the first consecutive even integer

x + 2 = The second consecutive even integer

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

x(x + 2) = 360

x(x + 2) - 360 = 0

x² + 2x - 360 = 0

(x + 20)(x - 18)

x = - 20 or x = 18

The integers are 18 and - 20

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Check

x = - 20

x(x + 2) = 360

- 20(-20 + 2) = 260

- 20 (- 18) = 360

360 = 360

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Check

x = 18

x(x + 2) = 360

18(18 + 2) = 360

18(20) = 360

360 = 360
