If it's similiar to the one on playstation, I'd say no. Sex is a big part of the Sims games...my characters never stop doing it.
Bustin' Out is even worse, alot more sexual options in that game.

Well...I think it would be okay, but some parts may not be so good.
Under Nine might not be so good.But nine or older would probly be acceptable.

if this is the "busting out" I think so. I bought it for my 7 year old son. he LOVES it! the only bad thing about it is that when you use "sign language" your person flips someone else off.... but you cant tell what he is doing because it is so small and blurred
