It's really up to her and the child's father to name it.
Some ideas, though... Grant, George, Gary, Grey (I like this one!), Gabriel, Grady...
Those are some that I like (did I mention that "Grey" is my favorite?!?). Do a search for "G baby boy names", or just "G baby names", and you'll get a bunch to choose from.
