I love my wife. Before marriage I had sexual relationship with a girl who is my cousin. I left her before marriage. Now she is trying to reapproach me by again offering sex. Should I go ahead and satisfy her or not. How should I stop her as she calls on my cell every day and despratly wants to see me and have sex.

Tell her that you are happily married and do not wish to have her call any more, period. You are not interested in having any relationship with her, period.
Change your cell phone number - or have hers blocked, if you need to.
Don't even get in close proximity to that woman unless your wife is with you and make it extremely clear that you are married to the person you love and that person is the only one for you.

Tell this cousin of yours that your happily married now and you can no longer be with her do not have sex with her this would lead her on and you don;t need to do that and tell her out of respect that you are married now and she needs to find someone else to have sex with

tell her to bug off and that you are happily married to a woman that you love. after all it would be sad to go with another person never mind your cousin. what if your wife found out! she would be heartbroken! stick with your wife. if you call your network and ask if you can block her number if it gets that bad.
