I'm really having a difficult time learning Managerial Accounting. Is there an easier way to learn or could somebody help me? I basically need to know EVERYTHING! HEEELLLLLPPP!!!

There's no possible way I could write that much in a Yahoo answer. I would strongly recommend you get a tutor as soon as possible. Either a professor or someone that aced the class last semester would be good choices.
And don't panic! Try to use common sense if you're not sure.
