C++ is a superset of C, so, with some exceptions, anything you learn in C can be ported to C++.
However, either one takes a lot of studying and practice, and you will likely never learn it all.
C++ has what every C programmer wanted, and a lot more.
C++ is like a newer version of C (kind of) - but even C++ is old, the new version is C sharp (C #)

C++ adds provisions (such as classes, encapsulation of data and functionality, polymorphism, inheritance etc..) for true object oriented programing to C . There are other differences, but this is the most important one.

There is no objects in C
So.. most of the basic commands are usable, unless they are included in a header or library that is only intended for C++.
However, you cannot use complicated structures. Only Structure and Union are acceptable.
