Where in the heck do these pesky li'l gnats come from?

Hello eveybody. When Fall comes around each year, these bothersome gnats are everywhere (in everybody's house)! Anybody know where they come from and what happens to them? Do they serve any purpose? I hate to spray bug spray in the house, is there another way to get rid of them? Or do they come in an lay eggs that hatch out into those little worms that show up later in the year, (dried up in all the corners of your house?) This may be a 'livin' in the country' thing, but, everybody I ask, here in the Carolinas, has them?

This will get rid of them, and who knows where the heck they come from!
Put 2oz of cider vinegar in a small glass such as a juice glass, add a couple of drops of liquid dishwashing soap and let it set on your counter, I put several glasses thru the house, wait a day or two and look in the bottom of the glass, don't know how it works but it does....we live in Tennessee and we got them here too.

I just read this this morning. In a small glass, put 1/2 inch apple cider vinegar and 2 drops of dish soap, stir good and set on counter. This will get rid of nats. We'll know right away if it works.

Ya it's called keep your dishes washed or at least rinsed until the next day flys lay eggs !!!
these so called nats can be very tiny baby flys.

2.cleaning horse stalls brings into your home these nasty little tiny enie weencie >nats,also where there is cow pies,crap,or human sh@*t ! also dirty bodys,dirty bedding,dirty clothes ! ya...

3.Fruit from the store the butt end of bananas !!! honesty.These so called nats are really FRUIT FLYS !!! HONESTLY.BECAREFUL.I took a a huge bunch of ripe bananas and burned the butt end of our bananas one time, and guess what happened next day ? our bananas were all really rotten !!! ask the grocery store how they keep the so called annoying little pesky nats off the but end of there bananas,they might give valuable advice.
Oh and the but end of any fruit will do this,be sure you pick rotten grapes off of your bunch when you buy them at home rinse the grapes every day they sit,do this with all your fruit.
