The answer is obviosly no. Thats some incredibly odd kind of generalization youve got there.
There are women from all different walks of life ascribed to many different philosophies and political points of view that could be described that way...
Then again, without a doubt, a lot of so called conservatives who dont fit that desciption at all.
the only thing that seemed slightly exclusively "conservative" was the part about peircings and tattoos but what you descibed there was that a different use of the word conservative entirely.
dr laura the "conservative" has naked pictures that she made in college plastered all over the internet.

Why are you saying that these women are conservative, I'm sure that body piercings and such are a thing of this generation just like long hair and hippies were a just a thing from the 60's.
Judging people by the way they look is not a great trait you know.

Well, INTELLIGENT women can often be spotted by all of those factors except 2 and 4. Conservatives could be spotted by 2 and 3, but that's pretty much it.

No, not usually. These qualities apply to many women with many different views. For instance I have a good friend who is conservative, conservative meaning republican (is that what you meant??) anyway, she has 2 tattoos and has had an affair with a married man. Ouch! Although she is book smart, her level of intelligence doesn't quite meet that of a Liberal friend I have, whom doesn't have any tattoos. So there ya go!
