to simon: it isn't under supervision after 6 pm and kids are breaking in when the gates are closed.it causes more problems than anything else

It's a pity that people will not take your question seriously. Personally I do not like Peckam in the slightest and know nothing about the adventure park on Kelly Avenue; however it if is an attempt to improve what I think is the pits - then - good luck.
