I loved Harry Potter! Then I found Fablehaven and it has replaced my love for H.P.
It's written by Brandon Mull. You should read it if you like H.P.!

Fablehaven is a book about a brother and a sister that go to stay with thier grandparents on a conservatory. Only it's a magical one. There is a witch, a demon, fairyies and other magical and mystical creatures. There is a second book out next year. I'll bet that within 2-5 years this book will be a movie and bigger and better than Harry Potter. If you dont read it your truely missing out!!!
