What is the best Spyware and Firewall for Windows XP?

I am wondering what the best internet secuity suite there is, one that will have firewall, virus scan, spyware scan & spam guard that works good and will not slow the computer down so much? The one I am using makes my computer so slow that it's ridiculous, when I take it off my computer I immediately have spykeylogger on it and viruses out the wazoo. Can someone recommend a product they are using that works well?

The Windows Firewall the is included in Windows XP is adequate as a firewall, so you really don't need to purchase and install any 3rd party firewall software for your computer.

Regarding best Spyware software, the best I have found is Windows Defender, which is still FREE while in Beta mode. Microsoft purchased the company that makes this software and they have maintained it as a great antispyware program. It has never failed to get any spyware on my PC and contstantly updates itself automatically for new spyware definitions, and can do a full scan in the evening for you too. i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
