It's on the side of my nose. It's not visible, just a little sore. I have Proactiv, but I don't know if I should use that. Any spot treatments that'll work well?

i use a clearisal acne treatment that i put on the sore spots 3/4 times a day, depending on how sore the spot is. i put it on until the soreness is gone, which is about one day to two days.

nuetrogena has on the spot treatments they are 2.0% salicylic acid..put it on 2-3 times a day and the next day it will go down. trust me
