Its certainly a catalyst for increasing the amount of terrorist attacks, and the consequences of the war are proving to be in their favour, but lest we forget that there has been and will continue to be terrorism. No amount of military or firepower or peace talks can wipe out something so close to what essentially makes us human. Instinct.
