My front-right tire has deflated twice in the last month, 3 weeks ago and noticed it again yesterday. But this time, there is about 10-15 pounds of pressure left in it. Can I safely drive a mile to the gas station and blow the tire up?

Yes, just keep your speed down, and try not to hit any bumps.

Sure, just don't drive too fast, and don't make sudden lane changes. However, you have a problem. It could be you need a new valve, or your wheel has been damaged by hitting a curb. There could also be an object in the tire. Go to a shop and have them check it, and do it soon.

You should be able to on most tire wheel setups. Unles you have very low profile tires or your whel is to wide for your tire. Alot of people do not check thier tires like they are supose to and ride on even less than that. Unless you are on the wheel if your tire is even halfway full you can ride it up there. If it is riding on the sidewalls some it may not be good for it though. keeping the right preasure does help in not building up of heat and getting better mpg.

depends on the tire. nascar and arca we only use sometimes 8 and no more than 30. But as long as it has enough pressure not to roll it of the rim and you go slow it may be ok . Bring a spare and your jake LOL :)

Why not? I have driven farther than that on very soft tires.
Check to make sure the valve core is screwed all the way in.
That is sometimes the problem.
