Presumably it is God's wish that Bush work for the American people, cause God loves the American people. Incidentally, I would imagine Allah does too.
On the other hand, Bush is such a freakin idiot that I would think God would have someone brighter and clearer and nicer in mind to work for the American people. But you know the saying: God works in mysterious ways -- and I will be the first to admit: this is one crazy mystery if it really is God's wish that Bush work for the American people.
Just between you and me, he's done way more harm than good, and who knows how much more to come.

If he feels he is serving God, then he is in the wrong position as the charge of his position is to serve the people as a whole, not just one sub-group of them.
