Why Do people like specific deserts?
Its a taste that come from either the look of something, or from having tasted it and liking it.
And some peoples fetishes need to be controlled just as eating disorders

I think most of them are created from experiences or events when still a young child. These will shape and create desires that are slightly off centre than normal.
