She left me after two years and now she realized what she lost. I'm talking to someone new and now she has been coming around saying that she loves me and she wants me back...THE THING IS, she called the other day to my phone and a girl answered. She lost it! She came over with a kitchen knife with a 10 inch blade asking for the girl that answered. We ended up taking the knife away after a struggle and threw her out the apartment. After about 30 minutes I found out my car was completely keyed...WHAT SHOULD I DO? Be creative!

File assault charges and get a restraining order forbidding her to come near.

Call the police.
Oh, you want me to be creative? Okay then. How about you get yourself a sword and a suit of medieval plate mail, put the plate mail on, then call her and taunt her a whole lot. She'll get really mad and come over with another knife. When you open the door for her, she'll be shocked by the sight of you for a second or so, giving you a good opportunity to grab her and whack her across the butt with the flat of the sword (she won't be able to hit you because your armor will keep the knife off). Should make a pretty strong impression on her.

Get a restraining order put out on her, then when she calls again let the "other girl" answer again and then get your video camera and set up on record as soon as you hear the door knock. Hand the tape over to police and she wont be bother you for awhile!

Don't go back to her, she will only make your life more miserable. And you must report the things she did. Unless you take some actions, she will repeat the thinks she did and there might be worse things happening in you life that before.
