Explain to your parents that you understand the level of stupidity and the content of the movie. Tell them that you would never engage in activities like that because the actors in the movie are professional stunt people. Let your parents know that you have been exposed to stuff like that in the real world ( school, parties) and that you simply find it humorous. I found some of the stunts offensive and some things I had to close my eyes, I'm 38, but mostly I laughed and was amazed at the pain they inflicted on themselves. It is funny to see someone else get hurt, everyone laughs when they see someone trip in public. Your parents might not go for it, but you could be a good kid from now until Christmas and maybe ask for the movie then. Oh' my gosh, are you just gonna DIE, when you see JackAss 2, it was the most I have ever laughed in my life. I swear !!!

Just tell that since we are cause and effect animals, meaning that we learn from our mistakes, by watching the mistakes of others you will be learning to not take risks.
The Jackass team are professionals and they perform stunts that every guy would love to do but cannot do properly. Thus by watching somebody else do it you will lose you urge to do so and as a result you will become a more careful responsible person.

well there is alot of curse words and of course its full of stupid and immature people, thats why they call it "jackass" (duh) and if it wasnt for them being stupid and immature the movies and tv show wouldnt be as popular. people like shows that push the limits. but i dont know how to get your parents to buy it for you. do what i do and wear shorts with really big pockets and go wander off or something and buy it without them knowing. i do that all the time and i never get caught.

Listan to your parents. Even though i think your old enough for that you got to remember kids have died trying to attepmt some of these stunts. Your parents are just being responcible. You should thank them for caring for you.
