I was playing basketball one day, and I pulled a muscle in my thigh, ever since there has been a tingly feeling in my thigh. I actually went to the doctor and she said it would go away, but it hasn't. What should I do?

Go back to the doctor and get her further advice, or get a second opinion. How long has it been since your injury? It's completely possible that you are still healing. You might want to wait on exercising extensively until the tingly feeling goes away. You could try gentle stretches to see if that helps.
Hope you feel better soon.
