There are lots... 1st off Melatonin is a neurohormone not an herb. Your body already produces it but people produce different levels so adding 1 to 3 mgs (you can get it in the vitamin section) is suggested to help fall asleep. Valerian root, Valerian (is an herb) has a calming effect on your body so it aids in relaxation. 5HTP, magnesium, chamomile, passion flower... search for Natural Sleep remedies. There are normally "sleep formula's" in the vitamin section that combine some of these herbs and vitamins. Don't take one thing after another. If you can fall asleep, or stay asleep and it seems "nothing" is working talk to your doctor. Sleep deprivation can cause physical and mental health problems.

Alchohol. Im serious heh. Its as natural as you can get. Bad side effects tho. Then again, a shot every day once you're past 30, is good for your health as it cleans out your system.

Try Muscle Ezze. I've not tried it myself, but the doctor I work for uses it and my grandmother loved it. She said she slept great and felt fantastic the next day. Also, its all natural, so there are no side effects!
