If radio and lights aren't coming on, or lights come on but go out when you turn the key and hear the clicking, odds are pretty good it is your battery. You may have left your lights on, you may have a drain, like a glove box light that stayed on, your battery may be just at the end of life, OR your alternator is not charging. Borrow a voltmeter to check you battery. If it is low, put a charger on it, or get a boost. If it still clicks with a boost, you need your starter checked.

electric powered concern. If it completely died (no ignition lighting fixtures furniture, no headlights, horn and so on) then it rather is a job for an motor vehicle electrician. If the headlights are dim yet working (or the different electric powered merchandise feebly works for that rely) then the battery needs replaced. If available after changing the battery take a voltage reading accross the battery terminals whilst the motor vehicle is working. If its around 13.5 volts approx, then the alternator is offering cost.

If its clicking it sure sounds like the starter to me. Did you try jumping it with cables? If its the battery doing a jump will start it if its just low.
