I am looking all advoates for juvenile justice in the state of califorina and criminal justice system for juvenile.

If you mean advocates, contact the juvenile court in your county and ask them about what programs are available to provide advocacy to juveniles going through the court system.Sometimes there are social workers from the county and school, as well as public defenders who represent the juvenile.
