I think your daughter is still too young to have a boy sleep over. Maybe you could let him come to the party for a while. But not stay too late.

Make out games and he is the only guy....what a lucky dude! No, seriously. At twelve years old, if she wants to have a co-ed birthday party, then it should happen in the daytime or early evening. Then after the boys leave, she have a select few of her girl friends stay the night. I have kids ranging from 19 to 12 and have allowed co-ed parties. If you let the boys sleep over, I think that you will have a hard time resting knowing that he is in there with all of those girls. Doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Good luck!

First of all If I was a parent of a 12 yr old I would not let my daughter make out at her party and I would not let her boyfriend stay over now when she is 18 that is different but your the parent you need to stay strong and tell her no its a girls party only as for the making out there will be no such thing she can play games that are not involved with boys for trust me things will get too far and you don't need that for your daughter so be safe and be the parent and tell her No

I suggest that you let her have a party but if there is more than one boy there, then insist that the boys go home at a predetermined time, and the girls can sleep over.
I also remember having a party like that and the thought that my mum was in the next room made me behave myself, but still made me feel a bit better than if she had been sitting there watching.
I'd suggest a video to watch, or pehaps a few board games. She is at a horrible age where I know now I'm in my 20's that it is a little too young to be playing make-out games at my paretns house, but you have no idea at the time.
Good luck

I don't see a problem with letting him sleep over, although I would have them separated for the sleeping arrangements. As far as games, at this age, I would set up music, music videos, Twister which they love. Make out games however I would not go there, unless you want problems. All these over games can be fun without going down that street. I have raised 3 kids and had many party with boys and girls. Fun does not always have to be corny or to adult at this age.

Uh, she's 12, not 25. No boys at a SLEEPOVER. Girls and guys sleeping together is just about as stupid as it gets. No offense, but this is your daughter. I don't care how much she begs and pleads to do the "making out games" and the "boys sleeping over" thing, you have to say no as her mother. It's your job to teach her this stuff now so when she's older she doesn't end up thinking it's okay to sleep with guys and end up getting into REALLY big trouble. I know it sounds harsh, and I'm sorry for sounding this way, but you really need to watch out for her.

ok you're the mother? your daughter is 11 almost 12 and she has a boyfriend? and she is kissing already? omg she is way to young! i am 13 i'll be 14 in december and i've only had one boyfriend in my life and i've never been kissed. i think she is too young. my sister is 11 she will be 12 in april and she has never had a boyfriend she isn't allowed. i wasn't allowed till i was 13. i don't think he should be allowed to come to a sleepover. making out at age 12 is way too young. thats just what i think but if you think differently thats fine.

Based on your spelling and the fact that you're saying that it's okay for a 12-year old to be making out with a boy only makes me think that you're not the mom and are indeed the 12-year old.

if u trust ur daughter completely, let him stay over in a separate room. but honestly, get real. ur daughter is turning 12. u want her making out w/ boys alredy? if shes alredy telling u her plans about make out games then she obviously doesnt think its a big deal, but for a girl who is barely 12, it is.
