No, not at all unless you are tensed up and stressed. Of course if you are pregnant then the periods will be delayed till chidbirth and lactation is over.

Nope. Not unless you are really stressed out of course. Your period is caused by hormones., When you donate blood, you donate just that, blood. You do not donate hormones, so because of that there would be no reason why your period would be delayed due to blood donations.

It does not make logical sense. The two have nothing to do with each other. Except if it was your first donation and you stressed yourself. Your period is mostly body fluid (no blood involved) and you recover the loss of fluid within hours after donations.
That's why they make you wait and have some fluid, juice etc.
Keep donating and if the reward of helping is a thrill, try the platelet and white cell donations, you get to do them more often. Remember it is the gift of LIFE. Bone marrow well I volunteered but never matched now I am too old.

Yes, they can be delayed by just about anything. Sickness, stress, etc. 3 days is no big deal; I've even been 2 weeks late.

Yes. I gave blood last year, and my period was a week or so late. Well, maybe it was a coincidence....but that's just from my expirience.

periods are hormonal in nature... it shouldn't have any effect at all if you donate blood.
