You can always get cosmetic surgery to correct anything you think is ugly and anyway different people see different things in people's looks - so you may not appear as ugly as you think.
To lose your willy maybe you have very big problems if it's because you've cheated on your current better half and they have cut it off!!! Hope it 's not a possibility - if so maybe you then deserve to be ugly as well to make life simpler.
