I am sure some people go around saying it, but it is not like there is a country and a whole race of Pig-Latin-ins. Ha. People talk jokey, but I don't think anyone who is well in the mind really speaks like that.

I think it is a language but I don't know if it is an official language. I know that kids still talk in pig latin, they think their parents don't know what they are saying.
