refer to my answer for other information, but you're not at the three exits yet. the two exits are only half-way through the caves. i believe the one exit that doesn't lead to treasure, but to outside, leads to another cave which is still part of Memory Caverns. you'll have to explore everywhere! go to www.amaranthia.com for maps if you're desperate.
