Every living thing has a DNA and we are all related.
DNA determines every inherited physical characteristic of every living thing.
The nucleotide of DNA consists of a deoxyribose sugar molecule to which is attached a phosphate group and one of four nitrogenous bases: two purines (adenine and guanine) and two pyrimidines (cytosine and thymine).
Scientists to examine DNA of George Washington trees
MOUNT VERNON, Va., — The DNA collected from 13 trees at Mount Vernon, planted under George Washington's supervision, will be profiled and cataloged as the first step in the creation of a genetic database for specific ornamental trees.

All plants, including trees, have DNA, as do all animals. There ARE quite a few life forms that DON'T have DNA, but they are all viruses and are much too small to see. All known cellular life forms, including bacteria, use DNA.

All living beings have DNA. There are viruses that don't have DNA, but viruses aren't life forms as they are not able to replicate independently, i.e. they have to use host cells and their biologic machinery to replicate.

Yes, they do.
Look at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?db=nucleotide&cmd=search&term=tree for lots and lots of genes from trees
