yahoo games load up page wont go any further than 'loading text' page, i tried the free java download but that won't download because it keeps finding an error, saying maybe its a problem with my security settings.

go to
Internet options
click on the security sheet tab
go to your Internet zone
have that set at medium and find the enable java applets
have that set at enable
also
Go to
Internet options
click on the advanced tab
scroll down to you see enable Java
make sure that is clicked.
try the site www.java.com to download your java
you should then still only be having problems if you are having problems with all downloads in that case more details will be required and maybe a post in the computer yahoo answers section would get you the information

i was having problems with applet errors after i upgraded to JAVA or Windows. I finally found after severals days of search the web the solution to this problem. I update my Windows driver and I didn;t have the problem anymore,

I too have hassle attempting to play spades and each and all of the rooms are empty and get a blunders as quickly as I try to log in.. I choose Yahoo might fix thier problems as quickly as and for all.. there has been alot of lagging these days
