These cramp feelings may be from the pregnancy. When you become pregnant you get cramps in your lower body.

Definately. That was what I thought was the strangest. I recieved a positive pregnancy test, but shortly after I started having cramps. It felt like I was about to start my period (I was quite concerned, I even took another test to make sure.) The cramps were a little different though. My period cramps are so bad that I'm usually doubled over if I'm not on Midol. But the pregnancy cramps were different. They weren't as painful and they were definately deeper. I hope whatever answer you seek (baby or no baby) is what you get. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and happy as can be (other than the morning sickness)

a little insight, the moment you conceive you can start having many new feelings, hence morning sickness this could be from feeling a little tummy ache to not being able to get out of bed. Cramps could be due to alot of reasons so yes you could be pregnant
