i need to figure out the wavelength of a 1.9GHz cellphone radiowave. so it would be 3x10^8 / 1.9 ghz to equal the wave length

1GHz is 1 000 000 000 Hertz i.e. 10^9
So the wavelength you need to figure out is
15.8cm

To convert frequency to wavelength, divide speed by frequency. For electromagnetic waves the speed is 3*10^8 m/s.
